Design-partner pilots, priced after discovery

We're deliberately not publishing a permanent public price list yet. SOPCam is in its Ring 1 phase: a small number of paid pilots with multi-site operators, scoped and measured properly.

Controlled scope

A pilot runs on an agreed set of sites and procedures — enough to be real, small enough to manage well. No big-bang rollouts.

Success metrics agreed up front

Before the pilot starts we agree what success looks like for your operation — onboarding time, consistency, audit readiness — and measure against it honestly.

Conversion only if earned

At the end of the pilot we review the metrics together. Expansion and commercial terms are a conversation the results have to justify.

What a pilot includes

  • Guided onboarding for pilot sites and managers
  • The full governed flow: capture, AI-assisted drafts, manager review, multilingual training, audit evidence
  • Direct access to the team building the product — Ring 1 partners shape the roadmap
  • A structured pilot review against the agreed success metrics

On pricing, honestly

Pilot pricing is finalised after a discovery conversation — it depends on sites, workers, languages and what success needs to look like for you. Pilots are paid because serious pilots get serious attention on both sides. We don't offer unsupported discounts or outcome guarantees.
