Capture real work once. Turn it into approved training every site can trust.

SOPCam AI turns a phone video of a task into AI-assisted, manager-reviewed, multilingual training with audit-ready evidence — built for multi-site frontline operations, not for worker surveillance.

The problem

Your best way of working is trapped where you can't scale it

In multi-site frontline operations, the real standard lives in a few experienced people's heads, in WhatsApp forwards, in dusty PDFs and in site-specific habits. Every new joiner, new site and client audit pays the price.

Trapped in people

Your best supervisor can't be at every site. When they leave, the standard leaves with them.

Scattered in phones

Task videos and voice notes die in WhatsApp groups nobody can search or audit.

Stale in PDFs

SOP binders age fast, aren't in workers' languages, and nobody proves who read them.

Drifting per site

Each site develops its own habits — until a client audit or an SLA breach exposes the gap.

The transformation

From one phone video to governed training at every site

  1. 1

    Capture real work

A supervisor records a short phone video of the task being done properly, once.

  2. 2

    AI-assisted draft

SOPCam proposes structured steps, safety warnings and checklists from the footage.

  3. 3

    Manager review

A manager corrects, approves or rejects. Nothing reaches workers without a human decision.

  4. 4

    Multilingual training

The approved version becomes worker-ready training and quizzes in the languages your teams speak.

  5. 5

    Worker access

Frontline staff train on their own phones — no app-store install, no surveillance.

  6. 6

    Audit evidence

Who approved what, who trained on which version, when — recorded and reviewable.

Governance

AI proposes. Humans approve. Always.

SOPCam is designed with enterprise-grade AI governance from the first line of code — not bolted on later. The AI drafts and suggests; publishing, billing and customer-data changes remain human decisions with recorded approvers.

AI proposes, humans approve

AI output is always a draft. Publishing a version to workers is a human decision with a recorded approver.

No autonomous publishing

No AI path can push training to workers, change billing, or modify customer data on its own.

Tenant separation

Every organisation's videos, drafts, releases and training records are isolated per tenant by design.

Versioned, auditable releases

Training, quizzes and checklists are bound to immutable approved versions — evidence you can stand behind.

Built for

Serious multi-site frontline operations

Facility management, housekeeping and contract services — where onboarding repeats, staff are multilingual, and clients audit how work gets done.

Facility management

Standardise site operations across contracts without flying trainers between cities.

Housekeeping

Turn your best housekeeper's technique into training every new joiner follows from day one.

Contract services

Show clients exactly how staff are trained and which approved procedure each site runs.

Multi-site operations

One approved way of working, released to every site, in every worker's language.

A controlled demo on synthetic data — never yours, never anyone else's

Public demos run on a synthetic demo tenant through a Docker-based demo lane we control end to end. You see the full flow — capture, AI draft, manager review, publish, worker training, evidence — without any real customer data anywhere.

Trust posture

Honest about what we protect — and what we don't claim yet

No badge wall here. What we build in: tenant separation, safe media handling, versioned publication controls and human approval on everything that reaches workers. SOPCam Sentinel — our continuous assurance layer — is on the roadmap and is not a current certification.

Tenant separation

Each organisation's media, drafts and training records are isolated per tenant.

Publication controls

Only approved, immutable versions reach workers — with the approver on record.

Safe media handling

Task videos are access-controlled; public worker links are token-scoped and hardened.

Ring 1 design partners

Paid pilots, scoped and measured — not a self-serve free trial

We work with a small first ring of multi-site operators: a controlled pilot on scoped sites, success metrics agreed up front, and a conversion conversation only if the pilot earns it. Pricing is finalised after discovery.

Quick answers

Is SOPCam an LMS?

No. LMSs assume the content already exists. SOPCam creates governed training from real work — capture, AI-assisted drafting, manager approval, multilingual delivery and audit evidence in one flow.

Does it replace managers?

The opposite: managers are the approval authority. AI drafts, managers decide. Nothing is published without a human.

Is worker surveillance included?

No. SOPCam captures tasks, not people's days. There is no location tracking, screen watching or productivity scoring.

What is Ring 1?

Our first ring of design partners: a small group of multi-site operators who get controlled demos, shape the roadmap and run scoped paid pilots.
