A full walkthrough — on completely made-up data

Every public SOPCam demo runs on made-up example data: invented sites, invented staff, invented tasks. No real customer data is ever used in a public demo.

How we run demos

Each demo runs in its own separate, throwaway setup of the product, filled only with made-up example data. That means it is disposable, repeatable and isolated — nothing you see in a demo touches live systems or anyone’s real operation.

One honest technical note: Cloudflare handles our web address and security layer; it does not run the full application. The demo itself runs as a self-contained container we bring up for the walkthrough.

The flow you'll see

  1. Record / upload

An example task video is uploaded to the demo — the same path a supervisor’s phone video would take.

  2. AI draft

SOPCam writes a first draft of the steps, safety warnings and checklist from the video. The draft is clearly marked as not yet approved.

  3. Manager review

A demo manager edits, flags and approves the draft. You see exactly where a person has to say yes before the flow continues.

  4. Publish

Approving it creates a locked version that can’t be quietly edited later. Training, quizzes and checklists are tied to that version — not to an editable document.

  5. Worker training

A demo worker opens a private link on a phone, trains in their language and finishes the short quiz.

  6. Safe record

The record shows who approved which version and who trained on it — exactly what a client check would ask for.

Demos are guided and controlled — we walk through the flow with you and map it to your operation. Bring questions, not confidential data.
