A full product walkthrough — on entirely synthetic data

Every public SOPCam demo runs on a synthetic demo tenant: invented sites, invented staff, invented procedures. No real customer data is used in public demos, ever.

How we run demos

Demos run through a Docker-based demo lane: a self-contained deployment of the product we bring up for controlled walkthroughs, seeded only with synthetic data. That means the environment is disposable, repeatable and isolated — nothing you see in a demo touches production systems or anyone's real operation.

One honest infrastructure note: Cloudflare handles our domain, edge and security layer; it does not host the full application. The product demo lane runs on Docker/container deployment.

The flow you'll see

  1. Capture / upload

A synthetic task video is uploaded to the demo tenant — the same path a supervisor's phone video would take.

  2. AI draft

SOPCam proposes structured steps, safety warnings and checklist items from the footage. The draft is clearly marked as unapproved.

  3. Manager review

A demo manager account edits, flags and approves the draft. You see exactly where human judgement gates the flow.

  4. Publish

Approval creates an immutable version. Training, quizzes and checklists bind to that version — not to an editable document.

  5. Worker training

A demo worker opens a token-scoped link on a phone, trains in their language and completes the quiz.

  6. Evidence

The audit view shows who approved which version and who trained on it — the record a client audit would ask for.

Demos are guided and controlled — we walk through the flow with you and map it to your operation. Bring questions, not confidential data.
